The  2022 CASCWA State Conference

"In Person" registration is OPEN

The CASCWA Delta Sierra Section is excited to release the details for the 85th annual CASCWA State Conference. Hosted at the Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as the Village at Squaw Valley), Delta Sierra could not have picked a more picturesque and peaceful location nestled in the heart of the Olympic Valley.

Held May 11-13, 2022, the state conference theme speaks to CASCWA’s goal and commitment to its members of “Education, Equity, & Empowerment”.

Registration for the three day event is now open and will sell out so don’t delay.  Early registration pricing is in effect until December 31 or sell out, whichever comes first.

For those unable to attend in-person, a one day, streaming event will be broadcast on May 12 from the venue.

2022 CASCWA State Conference Strands

As we face the complexity of challenges that our students, families, schools and local education agencies are experiencing, our message must be clear and loud: Each and every member of our school community is crucial, and they are seen, valued, and deserving of supportive and respectful approaches to enable their and our success in a shared, inclusive community. Research has demonstrated significant positive outcomes of this approach for our students and families. Effective leadership creates the vision for high expectations, community partnerships, quality resources, and caring relationships. The purpose of this conference is to provide solutions to the current challenges districts and county offices face in meeting the needs of each student and in expressing these efforts in their ongoing practices and accountability systems.
