Jarrett Dooley, Executive Director of Student Services, SUHSD

About Jarrett Dooley, Bay Section President:

Jarrett currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Services for the Sequoia Union High School District, where he leads with a steadfast commitment to equity, access, and student success. With more than 20 years of education and leadership experience, Jarrett has designed and implemented districtwide initiatives focused on student welfare, attendance, health, wellness, and positive school culture. He has successfully reduced suspension and expulsion rates, expanded alternatives to exclusionary discipline, and established collaborative partnerships with county agencies, law enforcement, and community organizations. 

Jarrett’s vision as President of CASCWA Bay Section is to ensure that the work of the organization remains firmly student-centered, grounded in advocacy for youth and families who face barriers to education. He sees this role as a calling to uplift underserved and underprivileged students by championing policies, practices, and partnerships that open doors of opportunity and promote dignity, belonging, and hope.
